1. Scope

ASTRATICK LLC operates MEMOTURN. This notice covers the public website, account entry and signed-in workspace. The workspace stores the birth details, chart versions and journals you choose to enter. Records are isolated by account. Public demonstrations use invented examples.

2. Account information

Email sign-in processes your email address, account identifier, password authentication data and verification/sign-in records to create, secure and recover your account. Supabase Auth handles password verification. MEMOTURN does not write entered passwords to browser storage or application logs. Use a MEMOTURN-specific password, not your mailbox password.

3. Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in when available, basic identity information such as your account identifier, email, name and profile picture is used to authenticate you. We request only openid, email and profile scopes, not Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.

4. Providers and account emails

We use Supabase for authentication, Resend for account emails, and Cloudflare for hosting, security and company email forwarding. Providers process information needed for those functions, including account details, email recipients and content, delivery records, IP addresses and request/security logs. Company support email is forwarded to our Google mailbox. Data may be processed outside your country: the current Supabase project is in Singapore and the configured Resend sending region is the United States.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects email sign-in, signup and password recovery from automated abuse. It processes necessary browser and network signals; Supabase verifies its temporary response before accepting the authentication request. The verification secret is not included in this website.

5. Browser storage

Your browser stores session credentials and temporary verification state to keep you signed in and complete authentication safely. Sign out on shared devices. The public website has no added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting/security providers may use technical information and security cookies to deliver and protect the service. Language selection is reflected in the URL; the account entry also remembers your chosen language for up to one hour to restore it after sign-in.

6. Operations statistics and optional profile details

Authorised MEMOTURN operators may view the minimum account-level information needed to operate and improve the service: display name, linked sign-in methods, registration and broad activity periods, cloud storage amount, and counts of people, records and chart versions. The operations dashboard does not display email addresses, avatars, birth details, chart content, journal text or notes. Administrator access is restricted and audited.

Country or region and gender are optional, self-reported profile fields. If you choose to provide them, authorised operators may see them at account level and in aggregated service-planning statistics. We do not infer them from your name, email, Google profile or IP address, and we do not ask for a precise location. You can leave them blank or remove them later without losing core service access.

7. Retention and choices

Account and workspace information is retained to operate your account. You can export the current person’s records from the workspace. Request deletion or correction at [email protected]; we may need to verify that the request is yours. Security, delivery and backup records may follow provider retention settings or applicable legal requirements, and may not be removed immediately with an account. You can revoke MEMOTURN access in your Google Account; that alone does not delete your MEMOTURN account or workspace records.

8. Contact and updates

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to handle your enquiry. Do not send identity documents, birth records or personal journals for general questions. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Verification links and codes are sensitive: do not forward them. We do not read your mailbox. We will update this notice before introducing materially different uses or third-party processing of workspace data.
